Category manager

As a Category manager you will implement Category Management strategies that achieve commercial growth, increase the product portfolio, and strengthen in-store commercial execution at the national level. You will work #LI-Hybrid reporting to the category manager chief in our site located in Tultitlán Key Responsibilities You will develop strategic planograms that maximize shelf space use, tailored to our different products and marketing channels. You will define an organized product portfolio according to the demand of each sales territory, identifying improvement opportunities through analysis of historical information. You will coordinate the implementation of strategic plans related to the portfolio and planograms. These plans include store or client visits and walkthroughs. The goal of these efforts is to improve commercial execution at the point of sale and promote new or slow-moving products. You will accomplish the setup of display strategies at main company events, such as conventions, exhibitions, and product launches. You will track cataloging rates and portfolio efficiency within the dealer network, ensuring agreement on commercial and brand goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in economic-administrative areas or marketing + 2 years of experience in planogram tools or category management English intermediate Benefits You will have benefits: Health Insurance, Life Insurance.
