IT Recruiter at Aditi Latam??| Hiring in LATAM for Worldwide Projects??Reimagine your realityAt Aditi Consulting, we are looking for a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) – Azure / App Modernization / Data to guide enterprise customers through successful adoption, consumption, and modernization of Microsoft Cloud solutions.In this role, you will act as the operational and technical leader for customers—driving cloud health, removing blockers, coordinating delivery, and ensuring Azure, application modernization, and data workloads achieve measurable value and long-term success.Key ResponsibilitiesLead customer success planning across cloud, application, and data modernization workloads.Own Customer Success Plans, success metrics, consumption milestones, and modernization roadmaps.Partner with engineering and architecture teams to deliver Azure migrations, app modernization, DevOps, and data integration programs.Drive execution across AKS/containers, microservices, identity, governance, CI/CD, IaC, and observability.Manage risks, escalations, and blockers with proactive mitigation strategies.Facilitate design sessions, POCs, architecture reviews, and solution validation activities.Ensure cloud operational health, including monitoring, identity governance, compliance, resilience, and cost awareness.Provide technical oversight and delivery orchestration across multi-team programs.Build trusted customer relationships and serve as a strategic advisor on modernization and cloud adoption.Required Qualifications10+ years leading cloud or IT programs involving architecture, modernization, and delivery.Strong hands-on experience with Azure architecture: compute, networking, identity, containers, storage, integrations, and data workloads.Proven ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams and drive delivery excellence in enterprise environments.Experience supporting compliance/security programs (PCI, Zero Trust, centralized identity).Ability to understand and validate architectural decisions while driving predictable outcomes.If you're passionate about cloud modernization, customer success, and enabling enterprise transformation through Azure — this role is for youBenefits we offerBenefits vary based on country of residence.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting#J-*****-Ljbffr
