We are hiring an IT Windows Support Engineer for a great company in Mexico City.Experience 2 o 3 years on Call Center as IT Windows Support.Degree on High School complete (Kardex or title).Fluent English.**Skills**:- Excellent soft skills, who enjoys helping others, with a customer friendly orientated handson, face to face approach.- A 'Get things done attitude'.- Able to work under pressure and see a problem through to resolve.- Current or recent Windows 10 / Office 365 project rollout experience.- Experience of working in a 2nd line End User / IT Support setting, preferably within a Windows 10/Windows 7 environment.- Enjoys solving problems - and sees problems as an opportunity to change things that help the wider project(s) move forward.- Is proactive and outgoing, and works well in various team environments with mínimal supervision.- Willingness to pick up new skills and learn about new products.- Awareness of project delivery.- Ability to manage difficult customers and VIP users.- Desirable to have worked with financial sector - banking, insurance, etc.Technical skills required:- Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 (Enterprise).- Excellent knowledge Office 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote.- Excellent all-round 2nd line IT troubleshooting skills.- Good knowledge of Skype for Business.- Knowledge and experience of using OneDrive and Microsoft Teams.- Knowledge of Exchange Online would be useful.- Knowledge of HP Laptops and Microsoft Surface Pro.- Good knowledge of configuring Office 365 on mobile devices.- Good experience of using Active Directory.- Knowledge of BitLocker Encryption.- Good knowledge and experience of building laptops.- Knowledge of Follow-me printing.This position is to work ON SITE in Mexico City.We offer:Salary $18,000-$20,000Above Law Benefits.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $18,****** - $23,****** al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Días por enfermedad- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vacaciones superiores a las de ley- Vales de despensaHorario:- Lunes a viernesEducación:- Bachillerato terminado (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Windows 10: 2 años (Obligatorio)- Office 365: 2 años (Obligatorio)- Windows Support: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés Avanzado (Obligatorio)Disponibilidad de turnos:- Turno diurno (Deseable)- Turno nocturno (Deseable)- Turno de madrugada (Deseable)
