NXP Semiconductors is bringing together bright minds to create breakthrough technologies that make the connected world better, safer and more secure.With trust and respect as our foundation, we are driving high performance through innovation, expertise, collaboration, ownership and growth.Within the Business Line Advanced Analog (BL AA), our innovations make secure edge solutions connected, aware and efficient, enabling the digital world to enrich everyday life.We bring digital to life**Job Summary**The Web Specialist will play a leading role in the Web and Digital Marketing Team in the BL AA organization, working very closely with the Product Managers, Marketing Managers, and Corporate Web team, as well as the BL leadership to effectively manage content on the internal and external web.The web specialist will create, manage, optimize and standardize our website, ensuring our online presence is effective, user-friendly, and aligned with the business goals and will help enhance the user experience, drive traffic, and achieve our digital marketing objectives.- Build successfully relationships with Product Lines (PL) to support digital marketing objectives- Create, edit, proofread and publish engaging content- Collaborate with PL, Marketing, Sales and other functional organizations to support web related projects, update and manage website content- Manage internal portals and build a reputation of being the go-to person in the Web and Digital Marketing team- Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and ranking- Generate reports and provide insights on website traffic and user behavior- Analyze user behavior to enhance website usability and navigation- Ensure the website is responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for various devices and browsers- Implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the website runs smoothly**Key Attributes**- Strong desire to keep learning, natural curiosity with broad interest and knowledge in the business- Creative, outside the box thinker, visionary and willing to develop new paths to improve established ways of working- Organized - Able to prioritize and focus, goal-getter, capable to manage multiple tasks, and anticipate and plan around obstacles- Customer focused mind-set- Flexible and able to adapt to plans easily when circumstances change- High level of integrity, credibility, tenacity and commitment to excellence**Essential Requirements**- Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in marketing, technical publication and/or product support in the electronic industry (semiconductor knowledge is a plus)- Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g.
