At Uride, we're on a mission to empower underserved communities around the world by creating a marketplace that connects people in rural areas with essential services, starting with ridesharing.With operations in 24 cities across Canada and 1 city in Mexico, Uride is Canada's fastest growing ridesharing company, providing over a million rides annually.Preparing for international expansion, our vision goes beyond transportation; we aim to become the leading platform for local entrepreneurs to launch service-based businesses, creating an ecosystem that benefits everyone.We are a diverse and dynamic team that is focused on driving growth forward through innovation, open communication, and team based collaboration.We believe in solving problems together with positivity and integrity, and we've created a culture where everyone feels comfortable being themselves.As a fully remote team with a start-up-like mindset, we value hard work and a proactive approach.If you are someone who enjoys finding solutions, implementing improvements, spearheading new initiatives and continuous opportunities for growth, you'll love it hereUride is growing and we'd love for you to come along for the rideWe are currently looking for a Driver Onboarding Specialist to join the team and support our Mexico operations.This is a full-time position with a salary between 15,********,000 MXN pesos per month base salary + incentives.This role requires travel 90% of the time, with the ability to work remotely from wherever you are.**Overview**Working closely with our Mexico General Manager, this position is responsible for recruiting new drivers and supporting the launch of new cities.You will work closely with the operations and driver recruitment teams to ensure we have a strong and dedicated driver network in every new location, recruiting and onboarding drivers for Uride to ensure we have enough coverage in each city that we operate in.You'll also play a key role in planning and executing new city launches, making sure operations start smoothly from day one.This role requires travel 90% of the time, so if you are someone who loves to travel, someone who loves to spearhead projects and build out new initiatives, then we'd love to hear from you**What you'll be doing**Driver Recruitment- Lead in recruiting new drivers for our platform, focusing on strategic growth areas.- Develop and execute recruitment campaigns using digital platforms, offline strategies community outreach, and partnerships.- Screen and interview potential drivers, ensuring they meet company standards.- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop localized recruitment strategies for different cities.- Manage the drivers who rent a car from us in terms of operational processes.City Launch Support- Assist in the logístical and operational planning of launching new cities in Mexico.- Support city-specific activities, such as gathering local insights, mapping launch logistics, and setting up local driver support offices.- Coordinate on-the-ground operations during the initial phase of the city launch.Onboarding & Training- Facilitate driver onboarding, including conducting training sessions on using the app, safety protocols, and service standards.- Provide ongoing support to new drivers as they integrate into the platform.Market Research- Conduct local market research to understand city-specific transportation challenges and identify key growth opportunities.- Provide feedback on recruitment trends and recommend improvements.**What we are looking for**- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations, or a related field.- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, operations, or a similar role, ideally within a tech or mobility company.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.- Willingness to travel across Mexico frequently.- Familiarity with ride-sharing platforms or similar industries is a plus.- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.- Kindness, a high EQ, and adeptness at listening, communicating with, and collaborating with other team members.- High adaptability and a strong desire for continuous learning and growth.**What you can expect from this role**- Competitive salary and benefits package.- A fully remote international team to collaborate with- Opportunities for career growth and development.(We are expanding So great chance to grow within the company)- Travel opportunities to cities across Mexico as part of expansion efforts.- Flexibility and autonomy to define with your team the best way to approach problems**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: $15,****** - $20,****** per monthWork Location: On the road
