El rol de FP&A en Ingram Micro es clave para conectar los resultados financieros con la operación, anticipar desviaciones y optimizar el uso de recursos mediante planeación efectiva y visión analítica del negocio.Funciones:* Participar en el desarrollo del presupuesto anual, forecast mensual/trimestral y plan estratégico de largo plazo.* Colaborar con áreas comerciales y operativas para integrar proyecciones realistas.* Monitorear ingresos, márgenes, gastos operativos y KPIs clave.* Analizar desviaciones vs. presupuesto y forecast, explicando causas y recomendaciones.* Preparar reportes internos (locales) y corporativos (globales) de resultados mensuales.* Asegurar la precisión y puntualidad de los reportes solicitados por la matriz y dirección local.* Construir modelos financieros para nuevos negocios, pricing, proyectos o iniciativas estratégicas.* Evaluar impactos financieros ante cambios operativos, cambios en proveedores o fluctuaciones del mercado.* Ser socio financiero de áreas comerciales o de operaciones.* Proveer insights que permitan mejorar rentabilidad y eficiencia del negocio.* Participar en la mejora continua de procesos de análisis y automatización de reportes (uso de Power BI, Excel avanzado, ERP, etc.).Requisitos* Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contaduría, Economía, Administración o afín.* Mínimo 2 a 3 años en FP&A, análisis financiero o control presupuestal.* Deseable experiencia en empresas transnacionales o del sector tecnológico/mayoreo.Habilidades:* Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, macros deseables).* PowerPoint (para presentaciones ejecutivas).* Herramientas de BI (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).* ERP financiero (SAP, Oracle o similar).* Conocimiento de estados financieros, análisis de rentabilidad, CAPEX/OPEX.* Inglés: Intermedio – Avanzado (para reportes y comunicación con matriz).* Proactividad y orientación a resultados* Capacidad de simplificar lo complejo (data storytelling)It’s no surprise that technology powers the planet.
