Financial Leadership Position About the Role: We seek a seasoned finance professional to oversee financial control and reporting efforts. As a key team member, you will drive business growth from a financial perspective. E nsure timely and accurate financial reporting aligns with statutory law and corporate control procedures. Comply with US GAAP and local statutory accounting standards, delegated authority matrix, and various policies. Provide expert analysis and evaluations on financial, accounting, planning & forecasting, and cost to improve organizational results. Maintain effective internal control systems and liaise with external and internal auditors on improvement of internal control procedures. Perform local treasury-cash management and forecasting. Ensure consistency of financial processes and procedures, continuously optimizing for efficiency. At least 10 years of working experience in Finance, Big Four experience a plus. Fluent in Spanish and English. Experienced finance professional with passion to make a difference. Strong business, analytical, operational, and leadership mindset. Able to establish relationships and work cooperatively across boundaries. Deep understanding of local business laws, policies, and regulations. Strong sense of control and compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
