Estamos en busca de agentes telefónicos bilingües con experiência en soporte técnico, La zona de trabajo es en la colonia los doctores en Monterrey, existen varios camiones que te pueden deja por aqui: 17 Pio X, 202, y 227.**Campaña dirigida a Soporte Técnico con Customer Service****Requisitos**:- Ingles conversable (B2 en adelante)- Tener experiência en campañas de soporte tecnico- Disponibilidad de ir a site**Ofrecemos**:- **Sueldo Base $18,000**:- Prestaciones de ley- **+ Bono de performance de hasta $3,000**:- Vales de despensa- Seguro de vida desde el día 1- Seguro de gastos médicos- 2 días de descanso- 40 hrs por semana- Estacionamiento- **Poder elegir entre trabajar de 7am a 4pm o 4pm a 1am****Actividades**:- Atender llamadas de clientes, correos, chat(Generalmente de gerentes, empleados o dueños de restaurantes)- Proveer soporte técnico a clientespara software y hardware (hardware impresora, software se ve en el training)- Resolver dudas generales sobre aplicaciones y darles solución- Así como brindar atención a cliente para ordenamiento de pedidos y correcciones- **Interesados postularse por este medio y un reclutador se contactara con usted**_Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $18,****** - $20,****** al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividadConsideraciones ante el COVID-19:Medidas sanitarias establecidas por la secretaria de saludEducación:- Bachillerato terminado (Deseable)
