**About Sanhua**Sanhua is a leading HVAC&R manufacturer of controls and components with a global footprint and 30 years of experience.Our co-operation with the largest companies in the Automotive, Appliance and HVAC&R industry makes Sanhua a leading worldwide OEM supplier providing the highest quality components at the most competitive price.Sanhua have established strategic supply and cooperation relationship with world-leaders refrigeration and air-conditioning manufacturers, such as Panasonic, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Hitachi, Fujitsu, LG, Samsung, Carrier, Trane, York, Gree, Midea and Haier among others.Furthermore, strategic acquisitions by Sanhua of leading HVAC brands such as Ranco and Aweco and joint venture projects with important industry companies transformed Sanhua into one of the largest manufacturers of Expansion, Solenoid and Reversing Valves with annual valve sales exceeding 100 Million pieces.**Description**We are actively looking for a **Payroll Supervisor** who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll for the company, also, ensures that all payroll-related policies and procedures are adhered to in accordance with labor laws and applicable government regulations.The Payroll Supervisor is expected to have a solid understanding of payroll systems, leadership skills, the ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payroll processing, all with a high degree of confidentiality**Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Human Resources.- ** Fluent in English language**:- At least 4 years of experience in similar roles- Management of SUA / IDSE- Payroll System- IMSS, Taxes and Federal Labor Law**Activities**- Ensure the correct payment to all employees (weekly and biweekly payment).- Record of new hires and termination of employees in the Social Security, Payroll System, Private Medical Insurance.- Review and ensure the correct payment of the IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, Private Medical Insurance.- Prepare payroll reports in time and form- Review and prepare the Accumulated, Policies and Accounting Payroll with the Finance Team- Time and Attendance record management- Control and calculate bonus for employees- Maintain good communication with operators to clarify any questions or give support- Control and management about the configuration of the payroll systemVnPetFTEaY
