At the forefront of external storytelling, you will elevate brand awareness and business expansion as our PR Manager.The role involves crafting localised, culturally relevant earned media stories by working closely with media partners and internal teams.- Execute strategic communication plans to support ongoing presence aligned with global positioning and local cultural relevance- Build relationships with key editors, writers, and outlets in Mexico; Secure earned media coverage across technology, lifestyle, consumer, and business/economic press- Draft and localise press releases, pitches, media FAQs, and other PR materials.Adapt earned media narratives to reflect Mexican culture, values, and voices.- Monitor tech and media trends, competitive landscape, and relevant local narratives to inform PR strategy and uncover story angles- Collaborate cross-functionally with global PR, marketing, legal, product, and sales teams for holistic PR impact- Proficient in using public opinion monitoring tools and capable of handling negative public opinions- Field, assess, and respond to LATAM press inquiries, coordinating with internal teams for timely and thoughtful responsesRequirements- 5+ Years Related Experience: In-house or agency experience in public relations, communications, or journalism, with a strong track record in consumer-facing storytelling- Media Relations Expertise: Demonstrated success securing earned coverage in Mexico media, across types of tech, lifestyle, business/economic, consumer, etc.- Exceptional Content Creation: Ability to spot compelling stories, shape them for press, and craft narratives that resonate across borders- Tech Enthusiasm: Curious about latest technology trends and consumer insights, able to combine them with innovative technology into thoughtful media opportunities- Self-Driven Individual: Proactive, dependable, and confident in owning regional workstreams, making sound judgments, and moving projects forward independently- Cross-Functional Communicator: Collaborative, responsive, and comfortable partnering with global and local teams, agency partners, and subject matter experts- Fluency in Spanish and English is required- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in communication, public relations, marketing, or related fields is preferredOur Mission: To ignite possibilities through ultimate innovationOur Culture: First Principle.Seek Ultimate.Grow Together.
