**About IT in Nestlé**We are a team of IT professionals from many countries and diverse backgrounds, each with unique missions and challenges in the biggest health, nutrition and wellness company of the world.We innovate every day through forward-looking technologies to create opportunities for Nestlé's digital challenges with our consumers, customers and at the workplace.We collaborate with our business partners around the world to deliver standardized, integrated technology products and services to create tangible business value.Under the supervision and guidance of the SI/IT Corporate Communication Manager, the SI/IT Corporate Communication Specialist must contribute to the internal and external communication strategy of IT and the Digital Transformation of Zone LATAM.He/she oversees engaging and informing IT LATAM employees of company updates, goals, and initiatives.As well as, fostering positive employee relations and a strong company digital culture.At an external level, he/she brings visibility to IT LATAM through external messages dealing with media, technology organizations, chambers, and institutions.These activities must be accompanied by a strategic, innovative, and creative perspective with a high digital and technology sense.**Key Responsibilities**:- Defines and develops communications strategies for IT and Digital Transformation stakeholders- Set the S.M.A.R.T. objectives for the Communications plan and track if project sharing the outcomes with the main stakeholders- Organize, coordinate, and create virtual and in-person events, such as town halls, lives, webinars, etc.- Understands team goals and company business drivers- Sees how personal contribution impacts the business- Takes action based on understanding of customer and consumer needs- Actively questions to learn about the business in order to make appropriate decisions- Understands the impact of our operations on the community- Participates in activities within the community**Required Profile**:- University degree in the fields related to Communication, Public Relations, Journalism change management, or related field- 5+ years of experience with or within either a global IT organization or a global consultancy or commercial IS/IT supplier as part of a technical communication or change management team in charge of communications- Demonstrated experience in working with diverse and remote teams- Exceptional written and visual communication skills- Has working knowledge of information technology and business- Experience with effective communication at all level in the organization and in English
