Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Platform Deployment Specialist.Role OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for deploying the Global Business Platform, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflows.As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs, develop solutions, and implement process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsuring successful deployment of the Global Business PlatformAssisting in performing As Is analysis during Solution Identification phaseCollecting required information for Change Impact analysis and facilitating its execution and resolutionProviding expert knowledge of the subject area and project methodologyWriting and reviewing Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)Supporting development of User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and test scriptsSupporting and coordinating User Access Testing (UAT)Developing and coordinating communication materials related to New Ways of WorkingIdentifying training needs and conducting trainings for end-usersProviding inputs for Toll Gate decks (milestones)Required Skills and QualificationsFunctional skills: Process-oriented thinking, planning, and organization skills; analytical and conceptual thinkingStakeholder management skills: managing different stakeholder groups across functions and operating companies with strong communication skillsTraining and Change Management skills: conducting trainings, developing training materials, and supporting change to new ways of workingProcess improvement skills: problem-solving and analytical skills for identifying and contributing to process improvementsBenefitsOpportunities for growth and professional developmentA dynamic and inclusive work environmentCompetitive compensation and benefits packageLegal NoticeGenpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military / veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.#J-*****-Ljbffr
