Job Description Position Summary The Communication Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing communication strategies and initiatives to ensure effective internal communication across the organization.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, internal communication and engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute internal communication plans and strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Create and distribute engaging content for the internal communication channels, including emails, newsletters, intranet, and social media. Manage and maintain the company's brand and corporate image across internal communication platforms. Advise and support teams in enhancing their communication strategies, fostering a collaborative and cohesive work environment. Actively participate in and support HR strategies, contributing to initiatives that promote a positive organizational culture. Support the planning and communication of internal events, ensuring alignment with cultural values and organizational priorities. Supervisory Responsibilities None Education and/or experience Bachelor's degree in Communications, HR, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
