We are seeking a seasoned payments consultant based in Mexico to support our global banking clients. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in payment systems and operations, specifically in supporting and guiding customers, and have a strong track record of servicing U.S. or international customers.Title: Senior Payments ConsultantMode: ContractLocation: Mexico (Remote or Onsite)Experience: 5–10 yearsEmployment Type: Contract – 1 YearsKey Responsibilities:Provide support for enterprise payment systems.Troubleshoot and resolve complex payment processing issues.Collaborate with client teams to ensure seamless operations and compliance.Document and escalate issues as needed.Participate in client calls, status updates, and incident reviews.Required Qualifications:5–10 years of experience in payments consulting, with a focus on servicing U.S. or global banking clients.Hands-on experience in supporting customer queries for payment platforms.Strong understanding of payment flows, SWIFT, ISO *****, and compliance standards.Excellent communication skills in English.Ability to work independently and manage client expectations.Preferred:Experience with payment system customization or integration.Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL processes.
