**Overview**PepsiCo products are enjoyed by consumers more than one billion times a day in more than 200 countries and territories around the world.PepsiCo generated more than $79 billion in net revenue in ****, driven by a complementary beverage and convenient foods portfolio that includes LAY'S ®, DORITOS ®, CHEETOS ®, GATORADE ®, PEPSI ®, QUAKER ® and more.PepsiCo's product portfolio includes a wide range of enjoyable foods and beverages, including many iconic brands that generate more than $1 billion each in estimated annual retail sales.Guiding PepsiCo is our vision to Be the Global Leader in Beverages and Convenient Foods by Winning with PepsiCo Positive (pep+).pep+ is our strategic end-to-end transformation that puts sustainability and human capital at the center of how we will create value and growth by operating within planetary boundaries and inspiring positive change for planet and people.Our employees drive our culture.No two days are the same; we are dynamic and full of passionate teams that embrace new ideas through our collaborative spirit.At PepsiCo, we know that our company can only succeed when our associates and the society we serve flourishes.We are committed to fostering a diverse workforce by creating a collaborative, equitable and inclusive space where everyone, regardless of what we look like, where we come from or who we love, has a voice.At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.Now we are looking for this position:**Responsibilities****SC Sr Coordinacr****Main Purpose**Revise and validate FG's STO Distribution Plan proposed by BY for replenishment of FG to PepsiCo owned locations and maintain MyISCP parameters quality, while improving the regional network for product supply with the only objective of having adequate inventory levels in these facilities to meet market and sales needs.**Accountabilities / Responsibilities**- Maintain Demand Satisfaction > 95% per item and validate gaps in locations.- Maintain Rp Acceptance, RP Rp Acceptacne, RP Adherance > 95%.- Maintain adequate Inventory Levels in PepsiCo Owned Locations.- Revise and validate FG's STO Distribution Plan proposed by BY for replenishment of FG: Date, Item, Quantity, Tranport and Origin-Destination combination.- Maintain MyISCP parameters quality for optimized BY solution: Manage Parameters/ Load Data.- Manage Exceptions to FG's STO Distribution Plan.- Root Cause- Analysis for exceptions and automatic inadequate solutions.- Increase Future Product Mix, considering Cubing, Transport Expenses, OOS and Excess on Inventory Leves on facilities.- Lead Data Analyist team on MyISCP parameters MOVE/RP parameterizations.- Boost a balanced culture between supply priorities for all the sales distribution channels (executing actions).- Endorse a collaboration culture between sales, demand planning and supply planning teams to assure a service of excellence (accountable).- Clearly comprehend in a detailed way the supply chain key activities to correctly execute service priorities, identifying improvement areas with immediate action plans (executing actions).- Generate strategy to strengthen actual demand planning process (accountable).- Propose additional product shipments to maintain optimal inventories levels in distribution centers.- Manage and authorize product stales in distribution centers together with Value Chain Control and Service Execution teams.- Personalized follow up to special requirements from commercial teams (sales director, commercial strategy and controllership teams).- Follow up invetory levels and capacities of locations.- Participate in weekly operative and cycle sales meeting with staff teams and divisional managers.- Accelerate the decision making process with low freshness products with stales and obsoletes teams.- Develop weekly/monthly result presentations for sales regions including critical products and immediate action plans to improve and sustain service (out of stocks and fill rate).- Lead or participate in the following business interactions: Region leadership teams, Region Service Specialists, Supply Chain Optimization Managers, Region Customer Service Managers, Region and HQ Product Supply, Integrated Supply Chain Planning Platinum Service Team.- Troubleshoot system issues that prohibit the optimization of the supply chain.- Provide fact based analysis, remove obstacles, and give recommendations for improvements that should be made to a Region's supply chain to maximize P&L performance and obtain goals for key service metrics.- Perform daily and weekly forecasting for produced and non-produced, including VIP adjustments.**Qualifications****Qualifications / Requirement**- Bachelor's degree (industrial engineering, international business or related).- 2 years previous experience in Supply Chain or Sales.- Intermediate proficiency in English, oral and written (mandatory).- Skilled in the main softwares - Word, Excel(Advanced/Expert), Power Po
