Main Objective CAPEX budget management & execution across different BUs. Implementation & support of new Packaging Innovations (Invest Back, promotions) and Global equipment development initiatives. What will you be doing? Accountable for the process design of the project (Packaging & Automation). Selection of technology. Installation of the equipment. Flawless Start‑up. Updating status to the organization. Analyse the critical route to avoid delays. Support to new Packaging Innovations (Invest Back investments). Support to new promotions insertion in PMF (validate technical feasibility & new technological developments). Support and / or follow to Global equipment development initiatives. Who are we looking for? Bachelor degree in Engineering / Automation. English language domain. High analytical capacity. Leadership for developing, deploying and executing Projects. Multifunctional teams coordination. Communication skills with team works and business leaders. Negotiation skills. Focused to results. High client focus. Work under pressure. Negotiation with different level groups (External: Contractors, Technicians; Internals: collaborator, Ldrs, Sr Leaders). Work under pressure: Planning for delivery according to business requirements, adaptation of different area needs involved in the project deployment. Disposition to work with schedule according to project needs (demanding), traveling to different sites / cities, across different organizations / region. What can you expect from us?
