**Hyundai Glovis México **_is a logistics company headquartered in Seoul, Korea and part of the Hyundai Motor Group.Hyundai Glovis provides ocean transportation, air transportation, inland transportation, logistics consulting, storage, packaging services as well as supply chain management services.We are part of _**KIA MOTORS **_industrial complex._- **We are looking for: Procurement - Assistant Manager**_This position requires the use of initiative and independent judgment.Must have analytical skills and excellent communication skills.Acquisitions of goods and services to cover the requirements and needs of the company and its business partners within the best options in the market.**General Responsibilities**:- Purchase of services (transportation, port services, facilities, accessorize, etc.) obtaining the best price and quality based on Glovis necessities- Mexican Routes carrier assignation- Special services (single deliveries, platforms, pick-ups)- Quantitative and qualitative vendor comparison.- New suppliers Development- Contract clauses agreements among all Glovis departments and services providers- Review monthly performance of each suppliers- KPI feedbacks meetings with all suppliers and customers- Authorize and review carrier changes (TCC)- Support to operations team for daily vendor issues (lack of equipment, wrong deliveries, overtime, etc.)- Ensure all parties involved in the logistics process (operations, finance, vendors, etc.) honored commercial agreements.- Colaboration with legal department/lawyers to trasnform commercial agreeements in contract clauses and legal documents.- Familiar with NDA's, LOI's, Bidding Process, RFI's & RFQ's.**Required experience**:Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement area, related and contract negotiattion to logistics and preferable within the automotive industry.Excel : Intermediate-HighEnglish : Fluent/ AdvancedGood communication, customer service, project management and supplier relation skills.**Benefits**:Attractive salary.Benefits over the law.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $35,****** - $40,****** al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 10 horasPrestaciones:- Horarios flexibles- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anualExperiência:- Compra de proveedores de transporte terrestre: 8 años (Obligatorio)- Logística de vehículo terminado: 8 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
