If you are dynamic, value oriented and looking forward to work on an exciting portfolio agenda then this role is just for you**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE*** Responsible to manage Plastic Assemblites procurement portfolio for LATAM (cross BG), aligned with local needs and in close cooperation with the global Procurement Rigids team* Develop and drive savings agenda* Lead negotiations with suppliers* Analyze and develop deep understanding of the supply markets and material value chain, including external economic factors which influence those markets* Develop and implement effective purchase strategies.* Conduct price forecasting and connect with the business to bring market information* Drive our sustainability agenda with a focus on plastic reduction requirements* Ensure suppliers participation and adherence to Unilevers Sustainability Agenda**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED****Experiences & Qualifications*** University degree* Experience in Procurement or Supply Chain* Track record of working in cost savings and business value projects**Skills*** Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.* Spanish and English fluent: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Agility: Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and business needs Disruptive Thinking: Innovative mindset to challenge the status quo and drive improvements.* Strategic Sourcing: Expertise in strategic sourcing to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.**Leadership*** You are energized by delivering fantastic results.
