We innovate every day to make the world a healthier place.To fully realize Pfizer's purpose – Breakthroughs that change patients' lives – we have established a clear set of expectations regarding "what" we need to achieve for patients and "how" we will go about achieving those goals.Pfizer offers competitive compensation and benefits programs designed to meet the diverse needs of our colleagues.Supports sustainable growth and performance for mature and non-promoted portfolios by providing analytical insights, executing commercial initiatives, and collaborating across functions to unlock long-term value.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze commercial performance data for non-Pfizer promoted products to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for revenue and lifecycle optimization.Assist in identifying cost optimization, expansion, and innovation opportunities through data-driven analysis.Prepare reports and presentations with strategic insights for management review.Support the execution of digital and omnichannel marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.Collect, analyze, and report on customer segmentation and marketing mix effectiveness using analytics and real-time data.Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate with global, regional, and country teams (Finance, Legal, Medical, Regulatory, Commercial) to gather data and ensure alignment on key initiatives.Document and share best practices and portfolio learnings.Financial & Risk AnalysisBuild and maintain financial models, conduct ROI analysis, and support due diligence activities.Monitor compliance with regulations and internal policies.Track marketing spend and assist in risk identification and mitigation.Brand & Market AnalysisAnalyze brand performance and resource allocation to support optimization efforts.Gather and synthesize customer insights, segmentation data, and engagement metrics.QualificationsEducationBachelor's in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.Experience1–3 years in commercial, analytical, or support roles (pharma experience preferred).SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.Basic understanding of pharmaceutical markets and omnichannel marketing.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Other Job Details:Last Date to Apply for Job: Dec 19th, ****Work Location Assignment: Mexico City.
