In this role, you’ll drive value, innovation, sustainability, and growth while partnering closely with key stakeholders. You’ll shape category strategies, optimize spend, strengthen supplier performance, and ensure best-in‑class procurement practices.ResponsibilitiesBuild and execute category strategies to meet procurement goals.Lead strategic and tactical sourcing initiatives; simplify and optimize spend.Define and track KPIs to elevate supplier service and unlock value through SRM programs.Lead contract execution and lifecycle management; ensure compliance with procurement processes.Conduct market intelligence and risk assessments; implement mitigation plans.Apply best practices in spend analysis, TCO, and strategic procurement.Partner early and often with cross‑functional teams to accelerate decision‑making.Collaborate with LATAM/Global teams to align processes and share best practices.Maximize the use of Ariba (SAP) and related systems to drive efficiency.Support finance in budget planning and performance tracking.Required qualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.3+ years of experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain.Solid knowledge of strategic sourcing, contracting, Incoterms, TCO, and risk analysis.Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and financial analysis skills.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Google Workspace and MS Office.Intermediate–advanced English.Preferred qualificationsExperience with industrial equipment, packaging/process lines, automation, or utilities.Hands‑on experience with SAP, Ariba, and project management tools.Our Commitment to InclusionOur journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
