Bring value to yourself and the organization by putting your superpowers to workWe are looking for a Temporary Recruitment Support Advisor (Temporary) in our Shared Services Department who will support to create an effective and efficient platform for growth and recruiting.Core Responsibilities- Deliver consistent and timely recruitment screening and coordinating activities thus ensuring high quality and efficiency in the entire recruitment process.- Focus on a great working environment with quality, learning and performance.- Partnership with partners and ensure sustainable global processes.- Coping with an exciting and constantly evolving global environment that includes various ways of working and cultural diversity.Play your part in our team succeedingParticipate in hiring manager and recruiter calls to define strategy, clarification in role and debrief meetings and post and handle all open roles in the applicant tracking system and other identified attraction channels through all recruitment phases enabling proper reporting and tracking.Maintaining effective communication with the other regional Recruitment Support colleagues.Participate and support new tasks and/or projects in the Recruitment Support department on a global level.Ability to drive new tasks and/or projects in the Recruitment Support department on a regional levelDo you have what it takes?- 3 years of relevant professional working experience with recruitments with a focus on search and lead generation- Software: MS Office, SAP, tracking systems- Language: Fluent English- Ability to work independently on predetermined tasks via virtual direction from partners- Solid business understanding and organizational skills- Structured, detailed oriented and accurate when working.- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment o being flexible- Shared services experience is desirableJoin the global LEGO® teamdditional DetailsWe conduct drug screening as a part of our drug free workplace policy and in support of our commitment to the health and safety of our employees.LI-DR1**Location**:- Mexico, Monterrey, Nuevo Leon**Job ID**MX******Category**:- Human Resources**Language**EN
