Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is a leading global security company, providing a full range of physical security services to government and commercial customers on four continents.Inter-Con specializes in customized security services for clients whose needs exceed the capabilities of traditional guard firms.Clients include the Departments of State, Justice, Homeland Security, Energy, and Defense, as well as Fortune 500 companies, major public utilities, and ultra-high net-worth individuals.Inter-Con employs over 35,000 security personnel worldwide, trained and managed by a team of professionals with unsurpassed military, law-enforcement, and security experience.Inter-Con remains 100% family-owned and managed and operates as the industry leader in customized, high-requirement security solutions.Inter-Con is everywhere, security matters.Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Analyst with strong proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel to support our business performance tracking and decision-making efforts.The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting, transforming, analyzing, and visualizing data across multiple platforms to produce actionable insights for business stakeholders.This role demands a deep understanding of both data infrastructure and business strategy, as well as the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.ResponsibilitiesData Extraction & ReportingNavigate and extract data from Salesforce to build and update reports and dashboards.Create and optimize performance reports and trend analyses using Power BI and Excel.Maintain and improve the underlying data environment, including integrating data from multiple sources and managing data flows.Data Transformation & ModelingBuild and maintain data models, perform data cleaning, and develop transformation logic for reporting purposes.Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of datasets used across business functions.Analysis & Insight DevelopmentAnalyze business performance and identify key trends, drivers, and anomalies.Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and develop logic-driven solutions.Update and refine existing reports and dashboards to better meet stakeholder needs.Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with business leaders to understand reporting and analysis needs.Provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders through visualizations and presentations.Communicate complex analytical findings in a way that is easy to understand for non-technical audiences.Qualifications3–5 years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or reporting-focused role.Intermediate to advanced expertise in Salesforce (reporting, data extraction).Intermediate to advanced expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboarding).Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and basic macros.Experience with data integration, transformation, and data pipeline management.Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.Proven ability to explain analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred: Experience with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for data wrangling (nice to have).Familiarity with CRM processes and sales performance metrics.Background in business operations, performance analytics, or strategy.Soft skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.LocationMiguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, MexicoEqual Opportunity EmployerInter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer — Disability / Veteran.#J-*****-Ljbffr
