**Org Marketing Statement**Parker Hannifin can be found on and around everything that moves.The company employs approximately 58,000 people in 49 countries around the world and with annual sales exceeding $13 billion dollars.Parker is the world's leading diversified manufacturer of motion and control technologies and systems, providing precision-engineered solutions for a wide variety of mobile, industrial and aerospace markets.Parker's focus on solving some of the world's greatest engineering challenges sparks our passion for innovation and secures our future growth.Our technological expertise creates a more sustainable future for us all.**Position Summary**Evaluates, selects, and applies Manufacturing Engineering techniques to develop economical and efficient methods to produce piece parts and/or assemblies.Provides necessary input to develop cost and prepares manufacturing specifications for various operations/workstations.Develops effective and economical standards, procedures, and processes to assure conformance of products to specifications.You will be responsible for manufacturing equipment, tooling used to produce Aluminum and Cooper Flowrators as well filter driers.**Responsibilities**- Develop clear and specific parameters sheet for critical equipment and process- Develops complex manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; and conferring with equipment suppliers.Prepares written and graphical work instructions to communicate manufacturing requirements to production personnel- Frequent formal and informal customer interface to present program status, including analysis of product failure, probable cause, and corrective plan** Qualifications****Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree IMA, IQ, Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering (or related fields).- Minimum 5 years of experience working with HVAC&R Industry (Desirable)- Strong knowledge (at least 5 years in charge) on Brazing process manual, auto-torch, furnace brazing, Welding process TIG, MIG, Plasma- Bilingual English-Spanish capable to maintain a fluent conversation- High Skills in Lean Manufacturing, SMED, Core Tools- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, Statistical process control- Experienced in high mix production lines manufacturing cells- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is desirable- Leading teams and be responsible for manufacturing technician** Language Tags
