Overview:**We Are PepsiCo**Join PepsiCo and Dare for BetterWe are the perfect place for curious people, thinkers and change agents.From leadership to front lines, we're excited about the future and working together to make the world a better place.Being part of PepsiCo means being part of one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world, with our iconic brands consumed more than a billion times a day in more than 200 countries.Our product portfolio, which includes 22 of the world's most iconic brands, such as Sabritas, Gamesa, Quaker, Pepsi, Gatorade and Sonrics, has been a part of Mexican homes for more than 116 years.A career at PepsiCo means working in a culture where all people are welcome.Here, you can dare to be you.No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.**Know more**:PepsiCoJobs**Join PepsiCo, dare for better.****Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**:The Data Growth Marketing Coordinator is the specialist of the Growth Marketing & Activation agenda.The role oversees supporting the creation & implementation of actions to scale up the data acquisition and usage in marketing, transforming data into business actionable for consumer value.Along with that, is also in charge of aligning main internal and external cross-functional stakeholders with the Data strategy and the implementation roadmap for all data related marketing technologies.**Your Impact**:As Data Growth Marketing Coordinator your functions would consist of1- Lead to deliver and activate marketing initiatives with brands.2-Lead to deliver the acquisition, enrichment, retention and activation plan cross platforms and brands.2-Ensure each product of the Data & Analytics pillar has a clear roadmap from integration to activation of data.3-Align the Data Marketing strategy with local, regional and Global teams (Data Cloud, SFMC, Data Lake) ensuring clear business sense.4-Lead to deliver the acquisition, enrichment, retention and activation plan cross platforms and brands.5-Work with main stakeholders and external partners to deliver value to consumers and business through DATA6-Ensure all platforms and systems are interconnected and well setted in terms of Data for getting relevant business information.Inspire and lead the Agile Framework implementation and adoption in Marketing teams and partners through Agile role accountability (desirable):1-Conecting with the customer to deliver value in each iteration and PI ceremonies.2- Coordinate teams to manage risk, developments and prioritize the team backlog to ensure it is pursuing business objectives and the Agile team is aligned.3- Coordinate and work with main stakeholders and partners to be aligned to the Data strategy agenda and deliverables (Product Manager, RTE, Product owners and Scrum Masters).4- Coordinate the features prioritized to give direction on roadmaps of Data & Analytics features for PIs.Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?****Experience**- English and Spanish fluent professional is required.- At least 2 years of digital marketing or information technologies experience in technology industry, massive consumer goods or related.- Previous experience working with Data & Analytics Strategy in Digital Products / Media or consumer centric projects.- Business Industry know-how.- Desirable user of analytics tools: Power BI / Knowledge in Python.- Strong experience presenting and collaborating on product design with cross-functional teams.- Strategical mindset and results oriented.- Good communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.- Previous experience working Data & Analytics teams in Digital Products / Media is required.- Experience executing database programs and procedures is desirable.- Product Manager Agile SAFe certified desirable.- Knowledge of Project development tools (Azure DevOps / Jira / Kanban) is a plus**What can you expect from us**:- Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.- Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.- Development programs according to Leadership skills.- Specialized training according to the role.- Learning experiences with internal and external providers.- We love to celebrate success, which is why we have recognition programs for seniority, behavior, leadership, moments of life, among others.- Financial wellness programs that will help you reach your goals in all stages of life- A flexibility program that will allow you to balance your personal and work life, adapting your working day to your lifestyle.- And because your family is also important to us, they can also enjoy benefits such as our Wellness Line, thousands of Agreements and Discounts, Scholarship programs for your children, Aid Plans for different moments of life, among others.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity a
