DescriptionAt Rapido Solutions Group we believe in challenging the status quo of what to expect from a nearshore solution.Our main goal is to provide our clients with exceptional talent so they can save time and money and be able to scale their business efficiently and effectively.We do this by creating a customized remote team based in Guadalajara.As a **People Experience Coordinator,** you will be at the forefront of helping promote our culture and ensure all employees have what they need.You will be tasked with helping plan events, maintain office culture, and ensure all administrative responsibilities are handled in a timely manner.Ultimately, you will be responsible for helping create the best possible employee and office experience.- What you'll do in a typical week:_- You are a Creator, activities in the office and online will be your responsibility to preserve the best experience in the collaborators.- Taking the lead for office lunches, snacks, birthdays, anniversaries, you will be the one who can pick between chocolate or vanilla.- Smile Coordinator, the activities throughout the office to ensure happiness and well-being, and to create a strong community of rapido members will be your total responsibilityOrganize tournaments to create a healthy and competitive environment.Nintendo, sports, ping pong.You are the one to give the final prize.- Support the entire experience department within the other activities.Your team will need a lot of hands.**Requirements**:- Who are you?_- You speak both English & Spanish fluently.For this particular role at Rapido Solutions Group, seamlessly switching between English & Spanish can be important.A typical day could involve working with local vendors in Mexico but then helping coordinate a trip with a US client.- You are low ego.Collaboration is your best method.You don't care or remember who came up with the best idea.- You find joy in excellence.You love doing things the right way.- You manage stress well.Being part of a startup can be quite stressful; the work never stops and there are new challenges every day.You are the person everyone wants on their team during stressful times, because you keep your calm and are always looking for solutions instead of complaining
