Direct message the job poster from Hire With NearHunter & Talent Sourcer at @HireWithNear | Hunter | Connecting talent from Latin America with North American companies.At Near, we help top talent in Latin America find remote roles with US companies.Our mission is to create better lives by fostering a remote work culture that transcends borders.About the clientOur client develops secure blockchain technology focused on data protection and privacy, allowing organizations and developers to build decentralized applications where sensitive information can be shared safely.Their work combines security, compliance, and transparency, helping create a more private and trustworthy digital ecosystemAbout the RoleWe're looking for a Data Integration Specialist to connect systems, automate workflows, and improve visibility across the organization.You'll work cross-functionally with all departments to design and maintain integrations, dashboards, and automations that keep teams informed and aligned.This role is for a self-starter who loves building scalable systems, staying ahead of new tools, and turning fragmented data into clarity.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain integrations across HubSpot, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, n8n, and other similar tools.Build and optimize automations and dashboards that improve collaboration, data accuracy, and decision-making.Leverage AI tools and APIs to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.Maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and monitoring systems for operational visibility and performance tracking.Collaborate across all departments to identify integration needs and implement solutions.Stay current on new automation technologies and proactively recommend improvements.Skills3–5 years of experience in data integration, automation, or operations roles.Strong experience with HubSpot, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, and n8n (or comparable platforms).Hands-on experience using AI tools and connecting systems through APIs.Proficiency with Google Looker (Data Studio) or similar data visualization tools.Excellent written and spoken English; able to communicate technical topics clearly.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a remote, asynchronous environment.Nice to HaveExperience working in or with crypto / Web3 companies.Familiarity with SQL or lightweight scripting for API integrations.Background in fast-paced startups or distributed global teams.Perks – What's in It for You?Fully remote, flexible hours, and collaborative environment.Direct impact on how data flows across the organization.Opportunity to experiment with cutting-edge automation and AI tools.Growth-focused culture that values initiative and continuous learning.Unlimited PTO + Local HolidaysCompensation: $3,000 - $3,500Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionBusiness DevelopmentIT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Hire With Near by 2xGet notified about new Automation Specialist jobs in Latin America.#J-*****-Ljbffr
