Social Content Marketing Content Creation Ideate, develop, and implement content plans across social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) according to the marketing strategy. Develop and produce engaging and creative short video content for TikTok that resonates with the target audience. Create visually appealing and impactful social media posts for Facebook to enhance brand presence and engagement. Stay updated with the latest trends on TikTok to create trendy, innovative content that aligns with campaign goals and objectives. Ensure all content is tailored to the specific needs and preferences of the target audience on each platform. Social Media Performance Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote brand awareness and drive engagement. Manage relationships with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign objectives. Track and analyze influencer performance to optimize future collaborations. Others Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Digital Designers and B2C teams to ensure the seamless execution of content strategies. Other tasks assigned by Manager. Position Requirement Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 1 – 1.5 years of experience in a Content Marketing role or a similar position. Prior experience in developing and managing TikTok channels, especially related to the retail industry, is highly preferred. Visual thinking skills, proficient in tools such as Canva, Capcut; capable of conveying marketing messages effectively with designers/editors. Deep understanding of social media platforms and engagement algorithms. Please provide samples of your work or a portfolio showcasing short videos you have produced.
