Job Description Reconcile accounts payable ledgers Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing procedures Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests Ensure compliance with company policies and local tax regulations Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice or payment issues Contribute to the improvement of accounts payable processes and procedures Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Intermediate English Experience: In accounts payable or related accounting role Knowledge: In accounting software SAP Advanced Excel of accounting principles and accounts payable best practices Mexican tax regulations and financial reporting standards Abilities: Strong analytical Problem‑solving Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations Manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Communication skills To work collaboratively in a team Additional Information At AUMOVIO we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination‑free ecosystem in Mexico; these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
