What's the role?:
As an
**Accounts Payable Specialist (Accountant II), **you will review and process invoices based on purchase orders for several HERE companies. You will also run the weekly paycycles and perform the A/P month end close.

You will be a full-time team member of the Global Accounts Payable Shared Services, reporting into the Global AP Lead.

Within this team the Accounts Payable Specialist’s responsibilities are:

- Review and verify invoices in Coupa
- Process invoices in Coupa for the business units you’re responsible for
- Follow up on invoice approvals and receiving of goods/services
- Review and match invoices with purchase orders (PO)
- Research and resolve invoice and PO discrepancies and issues
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Post transactions to journals and ledgers
- Prepare and settle weekly payment cycles in the ERP system
- Plan meetings with stakeholders to minimize overdue invoices
- Follow up on supplier reminders
- Correspond with suppliers and respond to inquiries
- Perform A/P month end close

Who are you?:

- Educational level: Business Administration
- At least 2-5 years of working experience in Accounts Payable
- Knowledge of working with an automated financial system, bank tools and MS office
- Knowledge of accounts payable (PtP) processes and general accounting procedures
- Good knowledge of English (write and speak), knowledge of second language is highly appreciated
- Attention to detail and accuracy and handles confidential information with care
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Flexibility and team spirit
