Midtronics is seeking an Engineering Drafter to support our product design, manufacturing, and assembly processes.Job Title: Engineering DrafterReports To: Engineering Manager - MechanicalCompensation: 24,******,000 MXN/MonthlyPosition SummaryThe Drafter will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings, 3D models, and documentation to support product design, manufacturing, and assembly processes.ResponsibilitiesCreate and modify detailed 2D & 3D mechanical drawings and models using SolidWorks.Prepare assembly drawings, bill of materials, and other documentation to support production.Review and interpret engineering sketches, specifications and design inputs.Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy, manufacturability, and compliance with standards.Maintain drawing databases and ensure all revisions are documented accurately.Assist in prototyping, testing, and design improvement initiatives when needed.RequirementsAssociate's degree or technical certification in Drafting, Mechanical Design, or equivalent relevant experience.3-5 years of experience in mechanical drafting and design using SolidWorks.Strong understanding of dimensioning, tolerances, and GD&T standards.Experience with manufacturing processes such as machining, sheet metal, or injection molding preferred.Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Relocation not provided.About UsMidtronics is a fast-growing company focused on reducing carbon emissions and improving vehicle safety.We are committed to developing superior battery management solutions for the rapidly evolving transportation industry.Seniority Level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment Type: Full-time#J-*****-Ljbffr
