Business Operations Manager @ Interlix StaffingHead of Marketing (Remote – Full-Time, 40 hours / week)Company OverviewOur client is a rapidly growing SaaS company focused on delivering intelligent, AI-powered coaching solutions for organizations.Their platform combines behavioral science, predictive analytics, and AI to help teams and leaders grow through personalized, real-time coaching at scale.They operate with a mission-driven culture centered on human development, authenticity, and continuous improvement.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and demand generation initiatives across multiple channels.This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for a marketer with strong experience in B2B SaaS startups (Seed–Series A).Key ResponsibilitiesLead and optimize ABM and demand generation strategies across digital ads, sponsorships, events, and tradeshows.Execute outbound-driven multi-channel campaigns including email sequences (Instantly), paid ads, content (e-books, blogs), webinars, podcasts, and partnerships.Build campaign assets, manage cadences, and ensure accurate tracking within Pipedrive.Use Clay and its signals for list-building and identifying decision-makers.Manage and optimize outreach to sales, HR, RevOps, enablement, and executive personas.Plan and host webinars and virtual / in-person events.Develop event and tradeshow strategies, including pre / during / post-event execution.Collaborate closely with Sales to drive revenue impact, pipeline growth, and measurable performance.Own key growth KPIs: CAC, SQLs, meetings booked, pipeline value, and channel ROI.Plan and execute multi-channel demand gen campaigns, including targeted ads (Spotify, Google, Reddit, YouTube), sponsorships, events, and tradeshows.Required QualificationsPrior experience working with U.S. companies or U.S. market campaigns (mandatory).Proven experience in ABM and demand generation for B2B SaaS startups (Seed–Series A ideal).Hands-on experience running outbound sequences and multi-channel demand gen.Strong understanding of demand gen channels: paid ads, events, sponsorships, tradeshows.Ability to develop messaging for sales and HR personas (C-Suite, Sales Managers, RevOps, HR, SDR / AE teams).Experience operating in both PLG and sales-led environments.Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.Preferred QualificationsExperience marketing for HR tech, sales tech, or behavioral learning tools.Background in mid-market buyer targeting (200+ employee organizations).Experience in copywriting for outbound, content, and lifecycle campaigns.Technical SkillsPipedriveClayInstantlyGoogle AnalyticsCompensation$12 / hour USD ($2,000 per month)Opportunity to own demand generation engine and shape growth strategy.We look forward to reviewing your application#J-*****-Ljbffr
