Nonethyssenkrupp Presta de México es única en el grupo pues ya cuenta con 3 unidades de negocio: Columna de Dirección, Forja en Frío, Steering Gear.Somos un gran equipo y estaríamos encantados de tenerte como parte de nosotros**None**:**Purchasing Manager**Manages direct and indirect purchases, contributing to the financial results of the company.**Key activities**- Lead the personnel in the purchasing department.- Responsible of achieving savings targets for direct and indirect purchases and the purchasing indicators of new projects.- Manages the department budget and improvement initiatives.- Leads the implementation of best practices in indirect and direct purchasing.- Establishes and implements measures to achieve savings objectives.- Utilizes TKP contractual framework, purchasing strategies and organizational requirements.- Participates on the development of new raw material suppliers with local SQMs and buyers.- Provides local support with negotiations with direct material suppliers in coordination with the regional purchasing organization (NAFTA).- Participates in project evaluation to identify and implement cost reduction ideas.- Supports the local and global purchasing organization with the preparation and management of contracts, adhering to the commercial and legal requirements of TKP AG.- Supports the organization when required to initiate escalation derived from supplier problems in coordination with SQM's.**None**:**Profile**- Bachelor's degree in administration, Engineering or similar.- 8 years min in the automotive industry.Purchasing Area.- English: able to maintain a business conversation.German: desirable- Computer programs:a) SAP MM,b) Office package management**Professional Expertise**- Purchasing and supply processes.- Contract review and negotiation.- National and international markets.- Technical involvement of automotive production processes.- Digital management platforms for purchasing and supplier processes.**Personal Skills**- Leadership: guide, support, train and develop the local purchasing team to strengthening their knowledge and technical skills.- Accountability: adherence to corporate process, company policies, including treat to others and business compliance.4- Commitment: to the team, to the organization.**None**:The most important thing for us is your safety, which is why you will work in a safe environment.- Benefits above the legal requirements.- Professional development and growth.- Transportation- Life insurance- Among others**None**:Reclutamiento Selección y CapacitaciónThyssenkrupp Presta de México, Calle Circuito Esteban de Antuñano No.1, Manzana 4**Engineering.Tomorrow.Together.
