Appointment Setter – Remote (The Call Center Doctors)About The Call Center Doctors: The Call Center Doctors builds and runs high-performing outbound sales teams.Our main lane is roofing and solar (storm, retail, inspections).SinceWe have launched 100+ builds across multiple industries and today over 1,000 representatives dial every day from centers we have designed.What You'll DoDrive confident, professional conversations with prospects in the U.S.Cold call high-quality leads using our advanced dialer system.Set qualified appointments for roofing campaigns (storm, retail, inspections).Collaborate closely with our internal call center and management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.Follow up and nurture leads throughout their decision-making process.Hit and exceed daily / weekly metrics to unlock higher commissions and fast-track promotions.Must-Haves2+ years of outbound cold calling / appointment setting experience.At least 2 years of recent roofing campaign experience (actively working on roofing lead generation or appointment setting campaigns).C1 English level – clear, confident, and persuasive on live calls.Equipment: Desktop or laptop with 8GB+ RAM, USB headset, wired internet (stable, low ping), working camera.No Chromebooks or tablets.Location: LATAM only.Schedule & Work StyleDialer open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm (campaign time zone).Work as many hours as you want within that window.100% remote – work from home.Paid training (1 week) so you can master our systems, pitch, and quality standards before going full speed.CompensationYou get paid per valid appointment you set.2 or fewer valid appointments in a day: Exact rate per appointment.3 valid appointments in a day: Exact rate per appointment.4 or more valid appointments in a day: Exact rate per appointment.Commissions paid every Monday.No income cap – the more valid appointments you set, the more you earn.Why This Role Is So AttractiveVery high income upside if you know how to perform on roofing campaigns.Total flexibility within the dialer hours – ideal if you want control over your schedule.Strong support from our internal call center and management teams.You join a company with a proven model: 100+ builds launched, 1,000+ active agents.Apply now and show us what you can do on the phones.#J-*****-Ljbffr
