We are a solar energy company with a mission to help homeowners achieve energy independence and create sustainable communities.Our goal is to provide customers with excellent service and support through the process.We have an opening for a highly motivated and enthusiastic **appointment setter.** We are offering an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company that is team-oriented and dedicated to the development of each employee.**Position****You will be speaking to residential homeowners in the U.S.**Clear English and an understanding of the culture is required**You will be working remotely**A quiet and professional workspace is requiredTypical working hours are from 11 am to 7 pm EST**Qualifications**- 1-year experience in appointment setting- Strong internet connection- Personal laptop/computer, able to run multiple browser tabs simultaneously- Clear, friendly, and upbeat tone with customers- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Computer literate with data entry skills and ability to type while speaking to customers- Self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision- Fluent in EnglishWe love working with people that are growth-oriented and open to new ideas**Compensation**This is an Independent contractor position, 5-day per week, with a base wage plus a commission package.Average agents earn $1,200 USD per monthPotential earning of $2,000 USD per monthNo upper limitPay: $24,****** - $41,****** per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have a quiet workspace?- Do you have a strong internet connection in your workspace?- Do you have a personal computer that you can use for work with at least 4 GB ram?- How many years of appointment setting experience do you currently have?**Language**:- English (required)
