About the Client Our client is a rapidly growing global company in the tech and SaaS space. They are seeking an AR Accountant to join their Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working within a small, collaborative team. The role offers the chance to engage with cross-functional teams and help the company scale. About the Role As an AR Accountant, you will manage billing, invoicing, and collections processes. You will work closely with the finance team and various other departments to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections. You will also play a key role in supporting the company’s revenue-related operations, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. Responsibilities Process and manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and following up with clients Work with NetSuite to create sales orders, update fields, and manage AR data Collaborate with sales, legal, and leadership teams to resolve billing disputes Maintain accurate records and reports of AR aging Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders via email, phone, and Slack Prioritize tasks and manage multiple workflows in a fast-moving environment Support monthly closing activities related to accounts receivable and revenue recognition Assist with audits and compliance tasks Continuously identify areas for process improvement within the AR function Requirements Must Have: 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, ideally within a tech/SaaS company Proficiency with NetSuite (currently or in the past year) Experience with basic invoicing and accounts receivable processes Strong communication skills (professional and assertive in email, phone, and Slack communications) Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams Advanced English (spoken and written) Nice to Have: Experience with Salesforce Accounting background or relevant certifications Familiarity with US market operations Experience with other financial systems like SAP, QuickBooks, or Dynamics 365 Benefits and Work Setup Compensation: $2000-$3000 per month depending on experience Work Arrangement: 100% remote, full‑time contractor position PTO: Unlimited PTO, with awareness of limitations during busy periods (Q4 and year‑end) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST (with some flexibility) If you're a self‑starter, experienced with AR in a fast‑paced tech environment, and eager to make an impact in a growing team, we encourage you to apply.
