Your contributions will directly impact productivity and efficiency across our organization.About the TeamThe Sales Support and Shared Services role sits within the Worldwide Deal Support and Order Management organization under Revenue operations. Your primary customer will be Nutanix sales teams but will work with multiple teams involved in the sales process. Some of these teams include Deal Desk, Bid Management, Order Management, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Bizapps, Product managers and others which in turn creates a very dynamic role where the ability to analyze and lead conversations between these parties is key as you are, often, the first point of contact for sales teams.Your RoleOpportunity and quote management via SalesforcePricing and coordination of complex and non-standard dealsSupport multiple business units to drive deal velocityCoordinate with internal teams to drive, test and execute long-term process improvementsAnalyze and approve/reject quotes within appropriate SLA’s while driving healthy deal economicsSurface any quote related challenges immediately to Nutanix Leadership for remediationWhat You Will BringProven ability to provide exceptional high-end customer serviceExperience in enterprise technology sales is a plusAccurately follow and create standard operating procedures established by the business unitExperience with quoting processes, tools and sales procurement cyclesStrong analytical skillsStrong Change Management Skills: Follow-Up, Follow-Through, Accountability, Sense of Urgency, and superior customer serviceEnterprise CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce.comQuoting in Frontline or similar CPQ toolsTicket management via Freshdesk or similar3+ years of customer and/or sales support experienceA bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT related career or finance is a plusQuote approvals or Deal Desk experienceWork ArrangementHybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence.
