Join to apply for the Sourcing Manager Capex and MRO role at Littelfuse.Littelfuse is one of America's Best Mid-Sized Companies (Forbes) and has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois for 11 consecutive years.With its global headquarters in Chicago, Illinois, USA, Littelfuse manufactures electronic components for over 100,000 end customers worldwide, operating from 15 countries and employing more than 17,000 people.The company drives sustainable, connected, and safer solutions across industrial, transportation, and electronics markets.In ****, Littelfuse reported net sales of $2.1 billion.Reporting directly to the Indirect Procurement Manager, the Sourcing Manager will lead procurement activities within Capex and MRO categories across all Industrial Business Unit facilities in North America, primarily servicing the largest sites in Piedras Negras and Matamoros.Key ResponsibilitiesLead sourcing and procurement activities for Capex and MRO categories across IBU facilities.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement sourcing projects, consolidate the supplier base, and negotiate improved pricing.Manage suppliers to ensure cost, quality, and delivery performance.Develop and execute annual cost-reduction plans and savings initiatives.Work with engineering and plant teams to implement cost-saving projects.Conduct regular supplier business reviews and support supply chain risk mitigation.Ensure accurate reporting of procurement KPIs and adherence to internal procurement policies.Travel a majority of the time within North America, primarily to Piedras Negras and Matamoros.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.5–7 years of indirect procurement experience, with strong knowledge of suppliers in northern Mexico.Expertise in Capex and/or MRO procurement desired.Deep procurement experience and strong analytical skills.Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred), Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and project-management skills.Ability to drive cost-reduction initiatives and develop strategic sourcing solutions.Littelfuse is committed to empowering associate growth and development in a culture of collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.Our Core Values — Customer Focus, Teamwork, Results-Driven, Integrity, and Innovation — support our mission to improve the safety, reliability, efficiency, and performance of our customers' products and systems.We are an equal opportunity employer that takes pride in giving every associate the means and courage to make a difference — everywhere, every day.#J-*****-Ljbffr
