**Objetivo del Puesto**:Llevar al día la empresa en sus aspectos administrativos.**Responsabilidades**:- Emisión de Facturas- Timbrado de facturas y complementos de pago- Revisión de saldos de clientes- Control de cobro- Contabilización de facturas de proveedores- Control de cartera de proveedores**Formación académica**:- Titulación en Administración de empresas, Finanzas, Contabilidad o afines.**Experiência previa**:- Experiência previa en puestos de administración y facturación mínima de 2 años.- Experiência en uso de ERP- 2 años- Sistemas Contables, Plataforma SAT y Sistemas de Facturación Electrónica- 2 años- Buen nível de Google suite y paquetería Office- 2 años- Inglés técnico.- Portugués - deseable**Conocimientos técnicos requeridos**:- Manejo de ERP- 2 años- Google Suite- Paquetería Office- Excel avanzado - tablas dinámicas, reporting, revisiones y analíticas, dashboards desde cero.- Facturación 4.0 - 2 años- CxC - 2 años y CxP- 1 año- Conciliaciones- 2 años**Ofrecemos**:- Salario de $30,000 a $35,000 brutos mensuales (se oferta de acuerdo a experiência)- Contratación 100% nómina- Prestaciones de Ley- Seguro de Gastos Médicos- Tarjeta de restaurante o vestimenta $2,800- 17 días de vacaciones- Esquema presencial- Oficinas en Reforma Centro, CDMX.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $30,****** - $35,****** al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Vales de restauranteLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
