Diversity, Equity & Inclusion are essential to continue building our history of pioneering and innovation, which has been impacting the health of more than 1 billion patients and consumers every day for more than 130 years.Regardless of your race, belief, sexual orientation, religion, or any other trait, YOU are welcome in all open positions at the largest healthcare company in the world.When You Join Johnson & Johnson, Your Move Could Mean Our Next Breakthrough.We are searching for the best talent for PROCESS EGINEER to be in Horizontes.**JOB SUMMARY**Reports to the Engineering Manager, identifies and develops internal areas of opportunities through the DMAIIC methodology and tools of Excellency in processes with the purpose of reducing the manufacturing cost of the products and continue with the culture of continuous improvement comprehended in the strategy of BWI.If CSS Position: This position will have responsibilities across ETHICON and Cardiovascular and Specialty Solution (CSS) Companies Johnson and Johnson Family of Companies) including a span of multiple product platforms such as General Surgical Devices, Sutures, ENT, Infection Prevention, Electrophysiology and Surgical and Non-Surgical Aesthetics.**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**Under (e.g. limited supervision, general direction, etc.) and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:- Identifies, designs and develops the necessary equipment.- Performs material tests.- Studies the processes to implement improvements.- Responsible for preparing and managing specifications.- Assists technicians and engineers about unusual problems.- Responsible for purchasing and designing equipment that meets safety and environment requirements.- Performs activities of process/product validation.- RESPONSIBILITIES OF SUPERVISION ENGINEERS 1 AND 2: Can supervise, coordinate and technically revise the work of a limited group of technicians.- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level- Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local an Company regulations, policies, and procedures- Performs other duties assigned as needed**Qualifications**:QUALIFICATIONS:- Engineering, any specialty.- Masters in Science is recommendable.- Preferably 2 years in a similar position.- Preferably knowledge in the medical industryREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES and CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:- Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and documentation, preferably in the medical industry.- Experiment design- SPC knowledge- Management of statistical procedures.- Knowledge of computer programs.- Oral and written communication in Spanish and English, preferably.- Process Engineer II, Senior and Staff: Strong comprehension of standard costs and work standards.- Process Engineer Senior and Staff: Knowledge of productive processes- Process Engineer Staff: Experimental Engineering techniques, 80% English
