Support and Coach Project managers and project teamsTrain program team members to achieve deep understanding of program cost, program financial goals, and proper use of profitability tools and processes (Stop Invest, reforecast, INDEV, Apollo, ,...) with Division Financial Program control supportProvide and ensure correct integration of country financial information (plant finance information, financial rates) in the project profitability assessmentSupport Purchasing and Sales with costing in order to secure program profitability.Liaise with other regions financial controllers for multi-regional platforms and lead the profitability assessment process when his/her country is hosting the global quotationContribute to Programs Profitability and Cash optimizationParticipate in profitability and cash improvement actions (make-or-buy decisions, etc.)Ensure that Company assets are optimized in the program.Define actions and timing to achieve or improve program financial goals (roadmap to target / Program profitability) together with the Program ManagerMonitor tasks, risks and opportunitiesMonitor cash for development and toolingRegularly Report on programs profitability evolution, risk and opportunities to Region/country 's management and Division Financial program control.Prepare Gate reviews and CAPCOMEnsure compliance with the Group/Division project & investment financial procedures (CAPCOM submission, profitability update for gate reviews, Inchange follow-up) with Division Financial Program control supportCheck and validate project financial information provided to management prior to gate reviews and CAPCOM and alert Division Financial Program control support of any issue/riskEnsure quality and completeness of material submitted to CAPCOM and correct storage in PLMEnsure financial Control of the Research and Development functionsLeads the budget process for R&D for the Region/Country (Single report)Produce and analyse the monthly R&D actual results (Devfollow, Hourly rate, R&D P&L)Ensure proper booking of hours and development costs and salesAct as business partner for Development functions managersContribute to finance processes and improvementContribute to the Budget and Strategic plan processes for the Region/country.Ensure correct integration of program related data (volume, BOM,...) by the countriesSupport the impairment risk testsContribute to program controlling tools and processes improvement at all levels (country, region, division, group), Represent project teams in finance projectsContribute to any ad hoc study related to programs financial performanceCoordinate yearly collection and challenge of each plant's input data with local finance teamsCoordinate yearly collection of costing rates and trial costs data with local industrial teams#J-*****-Ljbffr
