Senior Marketing Channel Ops Consultant Location: Mexico (3 days in office in Polanco office) Type: Full-time Department: Digital Number of Positions: 1 Experience: 7+ Years Summary We are looking for a Senior Marketing Channel Ops Consultant to oversee and execute campaign operations across multiple CMS platforms. Responsibilities Campaign execution: Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms like AEM, WordPress, Drupal, or similar for execution of web content updates and landing pages, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and deadlines. Content management: Ensure all content and assets meet brand guidelines and are delivered in a timely manner. Operational efficiency: Follow established processes for campaign execution to ensure smooth and timely delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during campaign execution, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Collaboration: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively; work closely with marketing managers to understand campaign requirements and ensure accurate execution; coordinate with offshore teams to ensure alignment and address any operational issues related to campaign execution. Performance monitoring: Monitor the execution of campaigns to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards; provide regular updates and status reports on campaign progress and execution to marketing managers. Best practices: Stay informed about the latest trends and tools in marketing execution to continually improve processes. Technical Skills Proficiency in CRM systems such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe AJO, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar. Soft Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly. Certifications (preferred) Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or similar certification. Certification in digital marketing or related tools (e.g., HubSpot).
