El Inside Sales (Hunter) será responsable de generar y calificar oportunidades comerciales, dar seguimiento a prospectos, cerrar ventas de menor volumen y coordinar citas para el equipo de ventas externas. Este rol es clave para impulsar el crecimiento en el segmento de transporte terrestre transfronterizo (FTL y LTL), asegurando una experiencia excepcional para el cliente desde el primer contacto.Responsabilidades Generales:· Prospectar activamente mediante llamadas, networking, visitas a plantas y participación en eventos de la industria para generar nuevos logos.· Identificar, mapear y calificar oportunidades de negocio en el mercado de transporte terrestre.· Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas para cuentas pequeñas y medianas (menos de 50 embarques anuales).· Generar citas y coordinar reuniones para el equipo comercial externo.· Mantener comunicación constante con clientes potenciales y actuales para asegurar seguimiento oportuno.· Utilizar CRM para registrar actividades, oportunidades y métricas de desempeño.· Colaborar con equipos internos (operaciones, pricing, customer service) para garantizar propuestas competitivas y cumplimiento de compromisos.· Cumplir y superar objetivos de ventas mensuales y trimestrales.Competencias Clave:Comunicación persuasiva y escucha activa.Resiliencia y adaptabilidad en entornos dinámicos.Trabajo en equipo y colaboración.Orientación al cliente y enfoque comercial tipo “Hunter”.Experiencia Preferible:· Experiencia mínima: 2 años en ventas internas (presenciales y remotas), preferentemente en transporte terrestre tercerizado.· Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de negociación.· Habilidades sólidas de comunicación oral y escrita (español e inglés deseable).· Contar con experiencia fijando precios, en gestión del transportistas y operaciones es una ventaja.· Conocimiento de diversos modos de transporte con una profunda comprensión de un mercado en constante evolución.· Atención meticulosa al detalle.· Experiencia comprobada en ventas dentro de la logística de terceros o dentro de la industria del transporte tercerizado, especialmente en operaciones transfronterizas en México e intra-México.· Conocimiento deseable en FTL y LTL, logística transfronteriza y regulaciones básicas.· Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión, con sentido de urgencia y orientación a resultados.· Manejo de herramientas digitales y CRM.· Perfil proactivo, organizado y con mentalidad de crecimiento.· Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente, autogestionarse y mantenerse motivado en un entorno de trabajo dinámico.· Capacidad de dar seguimiento a las tareas hasta su finalización
