Job Description – Head de Marketing Ubicación: Granada, Ciudad de México Modalidad: Híbrida – lunes a jueves en oficina, viernes home office (Granada, CDMX) 🚀 Sobre Mendel En Mendel estamos transformando la forma en que las empresas manejan sus finanzas corporativas en LATAM. Buscamos a un/a Head de Marketing que lidere nuestras verticales de Marketing y Generación de Demanda para seguir posicionándonos como líderes en el mercado. Lo que harás Liderar la estrategia y ejecución de Marketing y Generación de Demanda, alineada a los objetivos de negocio y ventas. Definir y administrar el presupuesto de marketing con foco en ROI. Posicionar la marca y expandirla regionalmente, incrementando awareness y fortaleciendo el pipeline comercial. Supervisar y potenciar a un equipo compuesto por: Marketing: marketing digital, awareness, marketing de producto, eventos, PR. Generación de Demanda: performance, inbound, outbound, IA, equipo BDRs. Colaborar con Ventas, Producto y otras áreas para asegurar consistencia en la comunicación y en la experiencia del cliente. Medir, analizar y reportar resultados de las iniciativas para optimizar constantemente. Lo que buscamos Experiencia sólida (idealmente 8+ años) en marketing B2B, SaaS o tech, liderando equipos multidisciplinarios. Capacidad demostrada para construir estrategias integrales de marketing y demand generation con foco en resultados. Experiencia en expansión regional y posicionamiento de marca. Habilidades de liderazgo, planificación y gestión de presupuestos. Pasión por los datos, la innovación y la ejecución. Por qué Mendel Empresa en crecimiento acelerado con impacto regional.
