Operations & Growth Lead (eCommerce) – Meibi#******; León, Gto.– Modalidad híbrida#******; Tiempo completo#******; $55,000 – $65,000 MXN netos + bono por KPIsMeibi, una de las marcas D2C de mayor crecimiento en México dentro del sector de wellness, está buscando un/a Operations & Growth Lead para fortalecer la ejecución interna, mejorar procesos y acelerar el crecimiento de nuestro canal eCommerce.Este rol es clave para nuestra siguiente etapa: alguien que combine operaciones, marketing execution y eCommerce, con mentalidad de startup, enfoque en KPIs y capacidad para coordinar equipos en alta velocidad.Responsabilidades principales1.E-commerce Performance- Ser dueño/a del CR, AOV, sesiones y ventas semanales.- Supervisar el sitio, performance, funnels y mejoras continuas (CRO/UX).- Detectar problemas, proponer soluciones y ejecutarlas rápidamente.2.Marketing & Content Operations- Coordinar briefs, entregas, campañas e influencers junto a Marketing.- Priorizar y organizar el flujo semanal de contenidos y lanzamientos.- Asegurar entregables on-time y calendarización clara.3.Project Management + Ejecución- Implementar y mantener sistemas de gestión (Notion / ClickUp).- Asignar tareas, responsables y deadlines.- Asegurar seguimiento y resolución de blockers.4.Operaciones & Inventario- Forecast mensual basado en ventas y tendencias.- Mantener inventario sano y evitar OOS.- Coordinar con proveedores, almacén y retail partners.5.Customer Experience- Supervisar tiempos de respuesta y calidad del servicio.- Mejorar SOPs de atención y procesos post-compra.6.KPIs & Reporting- Reporte semanal de KPIs a dirección.- Seguimiento de métricas clave y mejoras accionables.- Control operativo de presupuestos y recursos.Qué ofrecemosRol estratégico dentro de una de las marcas D2C con mayor crecimiento en México.Impacto directo en ventas, operación y performance del canal eCommerce.Ambiente de startup : velocidad, autonomía y cero burocracia.Crecimiento profesional acelerado, trabajando directamente con dirección.Modalidad híbrida (León / remoto).Compensación competitiva + bono por KPIs .Posibilidad de phantom equity según desempeño y resultados.Cultura enfocada en ejecución, claridad, procesos y accountability .
