**Supplier Delivery Risk Management (SDRM) Critical Specialist**:Responsible for working with critical suppliers, assisting them in developing short term 'build and ship' plans that supports production at Stellantis assembly and manufacturing plants, while focusing on a long-term recovery plan for critical components.Critical Specialists key task is to prevent disruptions in the flow of production parts to NA assembly plants.This role within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization is in a fast paced, in an intense area of SCM and requires transparency throughout the supply chain, ownership of issues, and consistent follow up.**Job responsibilities include but not limited to**:Critical parts management and proactive supply risk detectionCoordination of expedited shipmentsSupply recovery plan managementSupport plant production schedulesMay be assigned to work off shifts and/or split shifts; flexibility is requiredAnalysis of key supply related KPIs to proactively identify emerging material problemsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or related field5 + years of experience in production control (MLM) or SCMAbility to build relationships with those whom you have no authority, and get resultsStrong English communication skills (both written and verbal)Strong customer service skillsInteract confidently with suppliers and communicate effectively to senior management and/or any of the Stellantis NA plants on supply related issuesStrong problem solving and decision making skills, and the ability to analyze complex data/situations**Preferred Qualifications**:Master's degreePlant experience with a working knowledge of supply systems (PC Portal/ODIMS/CMIS/Change Management/CHAMPS/Assembly Receiving Regions)Passion for customer serviceStrong data management skills with large amounts of data (MS Excel/PowerPoint and/or MS Access advanced user)Our benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.In addition to an environment that promotes career development, we offer benefits for a healthy lifestyle and a rewarding future, designed to take care of you and your family, in various stages of life.As a global company, our employee packages will vary by country, customary norms and the legal entity into which you are hired.
