Role SummaryWe are seeking a PR Manager to lead media, SEO, expos, and offline event strategies in the Latin America region.This role focuses on public relations for CoinEx, executing regional PR campaigns, including media exposure, SEO optimization, B2B development, sponsorships, and offline event management.Reporting to the Regional Head of Latam, you will collaborate with global teams to drive brand growth in key markets such as Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina.Key ResponsibilitiesMedia PR & SEO Strategy: Develop and execute media relations plans, crafting press releases and industry reports for CoinEx products while optimizing content for SEO.Monitor Latam media trends to secure coverage in Portuguese- and Spanish-language crypto and financial outlets.Stay updated on trending news and compliance issues.Media Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, including organising and hosting gatherings with journalists and partners.Pitch stories to expand and enrich our journalist resource base.Expos & Offline Event Management: Plan and execute participation in major Latam crypto expos, managing booth design, speaking engagements, sponsorship negotiations, and follow-ups.Oversee end-to-end event operations, from budgeting to ROI analysis.Latam Marketing Plan: Analyze crypto industry PR challenges and develop a marketing plan for Latam growth, including quarterly marketing strategies focused on driving growth.B2B Development: Build relationships with Latam partners (e.G., token communities, merchants, fintech firms, and educational institutions) for joint PR initiatives.Track KPIs and conduct ROI analysis.Job RequirementsExperience: 3+ years in PR or marketing at crypto / FinTech / blockchain, focusing on media, marketing and SEO.Knowledge of Latam market dynamics is a must.Language Proficiency: Native-level Portuguese or Spanish.Fluent English is required.Professional Skills: Proficient in media SEO tools (e.G., Google Analytics, SEMrush) with content optimization experience.Strong communication, leadership and project-management skills, thriving in fast-paced environments.Soft Skills: Results-driven, creative problem-solver with cultural sensitivity, adaptable to LatAm's diverse work culture.Willing to travel and passionate about crypto innovation.We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Exposure to working with a global team.A chance to be part of a pioneering company in the crypto space.Job DetailsSeniority level: Mid-SeniorEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Public Relations and Marketing#J-*****-Ljbffr
