At Swarovski, where innovation meets inspiration, our people desire to explore, experience, and create.We are looking for a PR & Communications Expert where you will get a chance to work in a rewarding role within a diverse team that is pushing boundaries.Be part of a truly iconic global brand, learn and grow with us.We're bold and inventive, revealing astonishing things like no one else can.A world of wonder awaits you.About the job- Implement PR and Comms activities according to market activation plan, ROMI guidelines, budget allocated and global policies in alignment with Brand & Comms Manager to drive brand awareness and traffic.- Work alongside media agencies to support the Brand & Comms Manager with the briefing and orchestration of all media related activities and implementations according to objectives.Monitor performance and efficiency of campaign effectiveness on a constant basis to find improvement opportunities and maximize results.- Contribute to building and maintaining relationships with journalists, PR agencies, stylists, and local influencers with the aim to grow PR coverage and keep the brand top of mind of our end-consumers.- Facilitate the delivery of press releases to the respective the PR agencies and necessary stakeholders in the markets.- Coordinate the orchestration and successful delivery of marketing events for press and consumers, including and not limited to exhibitions in showrooms, product and campaign launches, instore events, sponsorships, etc.- Execute in alignment with the brand positioning: product placement, potential collaborations and other local activations needed for the local market, including all fiscal and legal processes (invoices) to transit samples for its implementation.- Contribute to briefing and managing output of local agencies, including Media, PR, influencer content and Social Media partners.Responsibilities include monitoring performance monthly through pre-defined KPIs and ensuring contractual requirements are met as well as providing feedback on necessary adjustments.- Assist and develop clear guidelines and monitoring compliance to ensure brand consistency for online shops, social media channels used by partners and others.About youWe are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:- University degree (PR, Marketing or similar)- 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a fashion and retail environment- Experience working with media agencies knowledge and social media platforms.- Excellent organizational and planning skills- English level Intermediate- advance in spoken and written.About SwarovskiSwarovski is a Wonderlab where magic and science meet.Swarovski unifies all parts of its organization under one spellbinding idea and brings forward a wondrous new world of crystal craftsmanship.Founded in **** in Austria, the company designs, manufactures and sells the world's highest quality crystal, genuine gemstones, Swarovski Created Diamonds and zirconia, jewelry, and accessories, as well as crystal objects and home accessories.Together with its sister companies Swarovski Optik (optical devices) and Tyrolit (abrasives), Swarovski Crystal Business forms the Swarovski Group.A responsible relationship with people and the planet has always been an integral part of Swarovski's heritage.This manifests today in the company's well-established sustainability agenda with youth-focused education programs and foundations to promote human empowerment and conserve natural resources to achieve positive social impact.
