Descripción del puesto Como Representante de Servicio al Cliente en TCC, serás responsable de atender y solucionar consultas y problemas de los clientes. Tus tareas diarias incluirán proporcionar soporte telefónico, gestionar reclamaciones y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente. Este es un puesto de tiempo completo y se llevará a cabo de manera presencial en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en Tecate, BCN. Requisitos Competencias en servicio al cliente, soporte y satisfacción del cliente. Experiencia en roles de atención al cliente y mejora de la experiencia del cliente. Habilidades adicionais como una excelente comunicación, capacidad de resolver problemas y trabajar eficazmente en un equipo serán muy valoradas. #J-18808-Ljbffr
