Main activities:- Responsible of following up orders of product requests by the customer; based on product knowledge, acts as a customer contact regarding product specifications, warranty services, as well as scheduling and shipping.- Answer customer phone calls to give status or change orders, as well as report and correct any errors that may occur within the labeling.- Management of accounts by client, updating the necessary information of each one within the database.- General support in warehouse (printing labels, packaging)- Schedule from Sunday to Thursday -Fri/Sat Off- Location: Carretera, Tijuana - Tecate Km140, Parque Industrial El Bajio, 21503 Tecate, B.C.**Requirements**:- 1 -3 years of experience in logistics /warehouse /customer service (Call center experience a plus)- Experience with FedEx, UPS processes(desirable)- Advanced English (essential).- Microsoft software- High School Degree.- Monday Friday from 7am till 5pm.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 10 horasExperiência:- Customer Services: 2 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)
