Ubicación: Toluca, Estado de Mexico, MX, 50200 Asegurar la disponibilidad de máquinas y equipos del Line Centric, maximizando su vida útil. Planear, ejecutar y dar seguimiento al mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo. Liderar el plan de mantenimiento (frecuencia, recursos, tiempos y actividades). Analizar fallas, eliminar fallas repetitivas y dar seguimiento al PM Scorecard. Coordinar con Producción, Mantenimiento Central, Almacén y Calidad. Gestionar refacciones, criticidad de equipos y estándares de mantenimiento. Capacitar y desarrollar a operadores y mecánicos en AM/PM y TPM. Impulsar mejoras técnicas, digitalización y prácticas de mejora continua. Asegurar el cumplimiento en seguridad, calidad, costos y sustentabilidad. Ingeniería Mecánica, Electromecánica, Industrial o afín. Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en planeación o ejecución de mantenimiento industrial. Conocimientos sólidos en: TPM, AM/PM Análisis de fallas y causa raíz Planeación de mantenimiento y gestión de refacciones SAP o sistemas de mantenimiento Lean Manufacturing Enfoque a resultados, liderazgo técnico y comunicación efectiva. Compromiso con seguridad, disciplina y trabajo en equipo. Sobre el puesto de trabajo Área: Producción – Manufactura e Ingeniería (M&E) Nivel: Coordinador Misión: Garantizar la confiabilidad de los activos del Line Centric al mejor costo de mantenimiento.
